**If an item is returned to us by your local customs office, we can provide a refund minus any postage costs we have incurred. If an item is seized by your local customs office, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

UK Express & international deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card telling you where it is. When placing your order online, you can specify a different delivery address to your payment address, if this is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.


All of our products are insured using our preferred courier(s).


If you need to return or exchange an item, please email or use the contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.

All returns/exchanges will be made no later than 7 days from when your shipment is received.

All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment.

No refund allowed for any product after 7 days.

Maximum returned postage will only be refunded of the amount charged by Original Dirty Bastardz

Incorrect item:

If you have been send an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating ‘incorrect item’. Once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order resent via next day delivery and will refund the postage.
